Craft or Buy Lightning Lash
The 
Lightning Lash can be crafted by a Leatherworker using materials that typically cost well under 
1,000 gold, making crafting far cheaper than buying it off the Auction House. If you are not a Leatherworker, the belt is also available for purchase from other players on the Auction House.
