Enter Dragon Soul on Heroic difficulty and defeat Morchok at 50.3, 69.2 for a chance at Deep Earth Vestments.
Tips
These are the only leather caster bracers available from Heroic Dragon Soul, making them mandatory for Balance druids.
For Resto druids comparing to Bracers of Flowing Serenity: you gain 46 Spirit and 179 Mastery but lose 152 Haste, making them an upgrade if you can maintain Haste breakpoints or reforge the extra Mastery.
If using non-epic gems, these bracers outperform crafted alternatives; with epic gems, the crafted version's extra socket and socket bonus provide more intellect.
