Socket for +30 Agility
Socket the leggings with 
Delicate Inferno Ruby in the red socket, 
Glinting Demonseye in the blue socket, and 
Adept Ember Topaz, Deadly Ember Topaz, or Deft Ember Topaz in the yellow socket to activate the +30 agility socket bonus.
