Enter the Firelands raid and defeat trash mobs throughout the instance. Pieces like 
Dragonfire Gloves,

Hide-Bound Chains drop from trash enemies.
Defeat Kar the Everburning
Encounter Kar the Everburning during your Firelands runs, as this boss has also been confirmed to drop transmog pieces from the set.
Purchase from other players
