Enter Icecrown Citadel
Travel to Icecrown Citadel and enter the raid.
Defeat Lord Marrowgar
Locate and defeat Lord Marrowgar in Icecrown Citadel on 10-player normal mode to obtain pieces of Frost Witch's Regalia.
