Living Wood Battlegear is a transmog set obtained from 
Cache of Highmaul Treasures, a garrison follower mission available in different tiers based on your raid progression in Highmaul.
Unlock the Follower Mission
You need 2 followers at item level 645 in your garrison to unlock the Cache of Highmaul Treasures mission. The mission will appear automatically once this requirement is met.
Choose Your Cache Tier
The tier of cache you receive depends on your Highmaul boss kill count: Normal cache requires no prior kills, Heroic cache requires 15 Normal mode boss kills, and Mythic cache requires 15 Heroic mode boss kills. Hover over the cache item in your mission tab to see which tier you are being offered before sending followers.
Farm Highmaul Boss Kills
Enter Highmaul and defeat bosses to accumulate the required kill count for your desired cache tier. You can solo this raid at max level, and duplicate pieces can drop from the same cache.
Tips
You can receive duplicate items from the same cache, so repeated completions of the mission may yield the same piece more than once.
