Living Wood Battlegear is a transmog set obtained through garrison follower missions that reward Cache of Highmaul Treasures, with the tier of cache determined by your raid progression in Highmaul.
Unlock the follower mission
You need 2 followers at item level 645 in your garrison to unlock the mission for a 
Cache of Highmaul Treasures. The mission will appear automatically once both followers meet that requirement.
Reach the required boss kills
To receive a Normal cache, have 2 followers at ilvl 645. For a Heroic cache, you also need 15 boss kills in Normal Highmaul. For a Mythic cache, you also need 15 boss kills in Heroic Highmaul. For the Mythic bonus cache that includes 
1000 gold, you additionally need boss kills in Mythic Highmaul, though the required number may be as low as 7.
Check cache tier before completing
Before turning in the mission, hover over the Cache of Highmaul Treasures in your mission tab to see its tooltip, which shows whether it is a Normal, Heroic, or Mythic cache.
Farm Highmaul for boss kills
Enter Highmaul and defeat bosses to accumulate the required kill counts for higher-tier caches — you can solo this raid at max level. Note that you can receive duplicate pieces of gear from the same cache type.
