Living Wood Battlegear is a transmog set obtained from 
Cache of Highmaul Treasures, earned through a garrison follower mission that requires meeting specific raid kill and follower item level thresholds.
Reach follower requirements
You need 2 followers at item level 645 in your garrison to unlock the Cache of Highmaul Treasures mission.
Accumulate Highmaul boss kills
The tier of cache you receive depends on your raid kill count: the Normal cache requires no prior kills beyond the follower requirement, the Heroic cache requires 15 Normal mode boss kills, and the Mythic cache requires 15 Heroic mode boss kills.
Preview and complete mission
Before sending your followers, hover over the cache item in the mission tab to see the tooltip and confirm whether you are receiving a Normal, Heroic, or Mythic cache, then complete the mission to receive your loot.
Note the Mythic bonus
Completing the Mythic version of the mission after accumulating 15 Mythic mode boss kills awards both a Mythic cache and 
1000 gold, though the kill requirement may be as low as 7.
Tips
You can receive duplicate pieces from these caches, so repeated completions may yield the same item more than once.
