Complete naval missions
Run naval missions to receive 
Iron Fleet Treasure Chests containing loot from Hellfire Citadel.
Unlock heroic chest mission
Earn approximately 14 heroic difficulty Hellfire Citadel kills to unlock access to the heroic-quality mission chest.
Open the chest
Open the Hellfire Citadel chest from your naval mission reward to receive Oathclaw Wargarb.
Tips
The heroic chest will not contain class trinkets, set items, or weapons—only armor pieces are possible.
