Complete Hellfire Citadel raids
Defeat bosses in Hellfire Citadel on normal difficulty or higher to unlock naval missions that grant raid chests containing transmog pieces.
Obtain naval mission chest
Complete naval missions to receive 
Iron Fleet Treasure Chests, which contain Hellfire Citadel transmog rewards including pieces of Oathclaw Wargarb.
Tips
Naval mission chests reward transmog from the raid tier you have unlocked; heroic chests require approximately 12–15 heroic Hellfire Citadel kills.
These chests do not contain class trinkets, set pieces, or weapons—only armor transmog appearances.
