Unlock naval missions
Complete enough Hellfire Citadel raid kills to unlock the naval mission that rewards 
. Based on player reports, this requires approximately 12–15 Heroic difficulty kills.
Complete the naval mission
Once the mission appears in your naval mission log, complete it to receive the Hellfire Citadel raid chest containing Oathclaw Wargarb.
Tips
The chest contains only armor pieces and accessories, not weapons or set items.
