Rylakstalker's Battlegear is a Hunter mail transmog set obtained through garrison follower missions that award Cache of Highmaul Treasures boxes from Highmaul raid content.
Recruit Two Followers
You need at least 2 followers at item level 645 in your garrison before the Cache of Highmaul Treasures mission will appear in your mission table.
Accumulate Highmaul Boss Kills
To unlock the Heroic 
Cache of Highmaul Treasures mission, accumulate 15 boss kills in Normal Highmaul; for the Mythic cache mission, accumulate 15 boss kills in Heroic Highmaul; for the Mythic Bonus cache mission (which also awards 
1000 Gold), accumulate kills in Mythic Highmaul — the exact number required may be 15 or possibly 7.
Check Cache Tooltip First
Before sending followers on the mission, hover over the cache item in the mission tab to see its tooltip, which tells you whether it is a Normal, Heroic, or Mythic cache so you know which tier of Rylakstalker's Battlegear pieces it can reward.
Run Missions Repeatedly
Duplicate pieces can drop from the same cache, so keep completing missions until you have all Rylakstalker's Battlegear pieces you need.
