Rylakstalker's Battlegear is a mail transmog set for hunters obtained through garrison follower missions that reward Cache of Highmaul Treasures from the Highmaul raid in Warlords of Draenor.

1

Recruit two ilvl645 followers

You need two followers at item level 645 in your garrison before the cache missions will become available to you.

2

Complete Highmaul boss kills

Accumulate raid boss kills in Highmaul to unlock the corresponding cache tier: the Normal Cache of Highmaul Treasures requires no prior kills, the Heroic cache requires 15 Normal mode boss kills, and the Mythic cache requires 15 Heroic mode boss kills.

3

Run the garrison mission

Once your follower and kill requirements are met, the mission will appear in your garrison mission table — hover over the cache reward in the mission tab to confirm whether you are receiving a Normal, Heroic, or Mythic cache before sending your followers.

4

Open cache for set pieces

Defeat bosses in Highmaul directly as a max-level player to supplement your cache farming, since you can receive duplicate items from multiple caches.

Tips

  • The Mythic bonus cache reportedly requires 15 Mythic boss kills, though some sources suggest the threshold may be as low as 7 kills.

  • You can receive the same Rylakstalker's Battlegear piece twice from these caches, so duplicates are possible and do not indicate a bug.
