Recruit Two ilvl645 Followers
You need two followers at item level 645 in your garrison before the Cache of Highmaul Treasures mission will appear in your mission table.
Accumulate Highmaul Boss Kills
To unlock the Heroic cache mission, accumulate 15 boss kills in Normal Highmaul. To unlock the Mythic cache mission, accumulate 15 boss kills in Heroic Highmaul. The Mythic Bonus cache (which also awards 
1000 gold) requires 15 boss kills in Mythic Highmaul, though some reports suggest 7 kills may suffice for that tier.
Complete the Garrison Mission
Once your follower and kill requirements are met, the cache mission will appear — hover over the cache item in the mission tab to see whether it is a Normal, Heroic, or Mythic reward before sending your followers. Higher-difficulty caches award gear from a higher tier, with the Mythic Bonus cache also providing 1000 gold.
Tips
You can receive duplicate pieces from the same cache, so repeated mission completions may yield items you already own.
The cache tooltip in the mission tab displays the difficulty tier of the reward before you commit your followers, letting you confirm which version of the loot you will receive.
