Forgotten Conservatory Clothes is a cloth transmog set obtained by looting Ancient Eredar Cache chests scattered throughout the Conservatory of the Arcane in Eredath.
Farm Ancient Eredar Caches
Open Ancient Eredar Cache chests throughout the Conservatory of the Arcane in Eredath. Each cache type spawns in specific areas of the zone and has its own loot table; for example, 
Amice drops from chests in the southwest section. Research which cache type corresponds to the specific piece you need and farm that area.
Collect all pieces
Continue looting chests until you obtain all pieces of the Forgotten Conservatory Clothes set. There is no guaranteed drop rate, so expect to open hundreds of chests.
