Kaldorei Queen's Royal Vestments is a transmog obtainable through the Suramar meta achievement in Legion Remix by completing 2 out of 4 required achievements.
Create a Nightborne character
Roll a new Nightborne character, which starts exalted with The Nightfallen faction and automatically completes one achievement upon reaching level 30.
Complete the Suramar intro quest
Begin the introductory Suramar quest chain from Kadgar in Dalaran. This quest line pops instantly upon arriving at the Suramar hub and counts as your second required achievement.
Explore Suramar and collect treasures
Explore all of Suramar, kill 5 rares, and loot 8 treasures to complete the Tour Suramar achievement. Use the warband map ability to explore Suramar efficiently if needed.
Obtain the transmog
Once you have completed 2 achievements, the Kaldorei Queen's Royal Vestments transmog becomes available.
Tips
Some treasures in Suramar are locked behind level 30, so the achievement quest may only unlock at that level.
