Cloth set. Mists of Pandaria. This appears to be ten item levels higher than other Mythic items from Highmaul. Does that mean it is a 100% Warforged droprate?
Arcanoshatter Regalia is a transmog set obtainable from the Mythic Cache quest by completing either 21+ Heroic Blackrock Foundry kills or 8+ Mythic Highmaul kills.
Complete Heroic BRF or Mythic HM
Earn 21 or more Heroic Blackrock Foundry kills (all loot-eligible, with at least one kill after patch 6.1 launch) OR 8 or more Mythic Highmaul kills to unlock the Mythic Cache quest.
Open the Mythic Cache
Complete the Mythic Cache quest upon receiving it to obtain Arcanoshatter Regalia transmog pieces.
Tips
Heroic BRF kills cannot all come from the same weekly lockout—you cannot obtain 21 kills by defeating Gruul 21 times in one reset week.
The cache may contain mail and cloth pieces from different raid encounters than the mission that triggered it.
