Brute of the Wastes is a transmog item obtained by opening weekly caches that contain 
Pinnacle Cache, 
Seasoned Adventurer's Cache, 
Radiant Cache, or 
Awakened Mechanical Cache.
Obtain Restored Coffer Keys
Acquire Restored Coffer Keys through weekly caches, earning up to 4 per character each week. Alternatively, combine 100 
Coffer Key Shards, which are obtained through World Quests and Worldsoul Memories.
Open weekly caches
Use your Restored Coffer Keys to open one of the four weekly cache types: Pinnacle Cache, {} Seasoned Adventurer's Cache, {} Radiant Cache, or {} Awakened Mechanical Cache to obtain transmog rewards.
Tips
Caches can reward either gear transmog or gold, with gold payouts ranging significantly between openings.
