Raiment of the Arcanic Conclave is a cloth waist item that drops from trash mobs in Hellfire Citadel and uses Personal Loot, ensuring cloth wearers receive cloth drops.
Enter Hellfire Citadel
Enter Hellfire Citadel and progress through the trash mobs, killing encounters such as Hellfire Assault and Iron Reaver, then continue farming trash mobs in the instance.
Farm trash for drops
Kill all trash mobs leading up to and around Hellfire High Council and toward Kormrok, looting each mob for potential drops. Avoid defeating Kormrok itself to preserve the instance for respawning.
Reset and repeat
Log out and wait 30 minutes for the instance to reset, then return and repeat the trash farming process until the item drops.
Tips
This item is the only belt that visually matches Mage Tier 18 transmog.
