Raiment of the Arcanic Conclave is a cloth belt that drops from trash mobs in Hellfire Citadel and uses Personal Loot, meaning you receive items based on your class armor type.
Enter Hellfire Citadel
Travel to Hellfire Citadel and enter the raid instance.
Farm trash mobs
Kill trash mobs throughout the instance, focusing on the areas before Hellfire High Council and in the right wing leading toward Kormrok. Avoid defeating the boss encounters themselves to preserve respawning trash.
Reset and repeat
Log off and wait 30 minutes for the instance to reset, then return to farm more trash mobs until the belt drops.
Tips
The belt is the only waist item that visually matches Mage Tier 18 appearance.
Personal Loot ensures cloth wearers receive cloth-appropriate drops from trash.
