Raiment of the Arcanic Conclave is a cloth belt that drops from trash mobs in Hellfire Citadel and uses Personal Loot, ensuring your class type receives appropriate armor.
Enter Hellfire Citadel
Travel to Hellfire Citadel and enter the raid instance.
Farm trash mobs
Kill trash mobs throughout the instance, particularly before and after the Hellfire Assault and Iron Reaver bosses, and between Iron Reaver and Hellfire High Council.
Loot the belt
The belt will drop as a Personal Loot reward on your cloth-wearing character and can be collected directly from trash kills.
Tips
Since patch 6.2, all BoE trash drops in Hellfire Citadel are Personal Loot, guaranteeing cloth drops go to cloth wearers rather than being reserved by raid leaders.
