Complete Hallow's End activities to obtain Loot-Filled Pumpkins, which can contain transmog pieces from this collection.
Open and collect pieces
Open the Loot-Filled Pumpkins you receive to gather the transmog pieces that make up The Horseman's Ghoulish Collection.
Tips
You can obtain one Loot-Filled Pumpkin per day during Hallow's End on each character that meets the level requirement.
