Complete Blackrock Foundry requirements
Earn 21+ Heroic Blackrock Foundry kills across multiple weeks (all kills must be loot-eligible; you cannot kill the same boss 21 times in one week), with at least one kill occurring after patch 6.1 launch. Alternatively, complete 8+ Mythic Highmaul kills instead.
Receive Mythic Cache quest
Once you meet the kill threshold, you will receive a quest for the Mythic Cache that grants a cache containing transmog pieces from Blackrock Foundry or Highmaul raids.
Open your cache
Complete the quest and open the Mythic Cache to obtain a random transmog item from the Battlegear of Guiding Light set, such as
