Earn Mythic Cache eligibility
Complete either 21+ Heroic Blackrock Foundry kills (with at least one kill after patch 6.1) or 8+ Mythic Highmaul kills to qualify for the Mythic Cache quest.
Open your cache
Accept and complete the Mythic Cache quest to receive a box containing transmog items, which may include pieces from Poisoner's Battlegear.
