Reshii Wraps to item level 730.
Upgrade Reshii Wraps to item level 730
Obtain Reshii Wraps and upgrade them to the final rank, reaching item level 730. This will unlock Reshii Regalia for transmog use.
Reach character level 76
Your character must be level 76 or higher to transmog Reshii Regalia. If you see a red border when attempting to apply the transmog at lower levels, level your character further.
