Shadow Council's Garb

Shadow Council's Garb is a transmog set obtained from cache rewards by completing Heroic Blackrock Foundry or Mythic Highmaul raids.
Complete Blackrock Foundry Heroic
Enter Blackrock Foundry on Heroic difficulty and defeat bosses for loot-eligible kills. You need at least 21 Heroic BRF kills total (you cannot count the same boss killed multiple times in the same week), with at least one kill occurring after the 6.1 patch launch date.
Alternatively, defeat Highmaul Mythic bosses
If you prefer, enter Highmaul on Mythic difficulty and defeat at least 8 bosses instead of pursuing the Heroic BRF path.
Open the Mythic Cache
Once you meet the requirements, you will receive a Mythic Cache quest. Open the cache to receive transmog pieces from the Shadow Council's Garb set.
Tips
Cache rewards are not strictly tied to the boss from which you earned the kill—you may receive mail, cloth, or other armor type pieces regardless of which raid encounter awarded the cache credit.
