Deathrattle Regalia is a transmog set obtained through naval missions that reward Hellfire Citadel raid chests.
Unlock Hellfire Citadel naval missions
Complete Hellfire Citadel raids to unlock naval missions that grant 
Iron Fleet Treasure Chests. You need approximately 8 normal kills to begin receiving normal difficulty chests, and approximately 14 heroic kills to unlock heroic difficulty chests.
Complete naval missions
Send your naval fleet on missions that reward Hellfire Citadel raid chests corresponding to your raid progression.
Open raid chests
Open the Iron Fleet Treasure Chests to obtain transmog pieces from Deathrattle Regalia. These chests contain armor pieces but do not include weapons, set items, or class trinkets.
