Salvaged Armor at a roughly 1–2% drop rate; each bag contains 2–3 items including 
Felslate, 
Leystone Ore, 
Infernal Brimstone, or 
Blood of Sargeras.
Purchase from Thaumaturge Vashreen
Use the materials obtained from Salvaged Armor bags to purchase the Leyline Defender's Sunplate Armor pieces from Thaumaturge Vashreen.
Tips
The Boon of the Salvager shoulder enchant only works on Legion content shoulders for characters at level 45 or lower, heirloom shoulders at level 45 or lower, and certain Azerite shoulders from the War Campaign quest line on level 45 characters.
Salvaged Armor has a ~1–2% drop rate from world and dungeon mobs; roughly 90% of bags contain gray gear, ~50% contain ore, and ~25% contain uncommon, rare, or epic gear — plan farming sessions around high-density mob areas on the Broken Isles.
