Defeat Black Warden Rhothkozz at 60.72, 59.97 to obtain the Cache of the Black Empire, which may contain transmog pieces including Vision Manipulator's Vestments.

Tips

  • The cache contains a random reward; you may receive Breeches of the Insatiable Maw or other gear instead of the full transmog set.

  • Do not open the cache if you are capped at 5 Vessels of Horrific Visions, as the Vessel reward will be lost and cannot be recovered from the mailbox.
