Laundered Attire is a transmog set in World of Warcraft whose pieces drop from two separate sources: the 
S.C.R.A.P. Scrubber Deluxe container and the Shipping and Handling event.
Earn Renown 11 First
You must reach Renown 11 before 
Gunk-Covered Thingy can appear as a reward from progress-based S.C.R.A.P. job completion events.
Farm Gunk-Covered Thingy
Complete S.C.R.A.P. events to earn Gunk-Covered Thingy as a drop reward. The Gunk-Covered Thingy does not always drop from these events, so repeated completions are required.
Exchange for Scrubber Deluxe
Bring your Gunk-Covered Thingy to Angelo Rustbin, the S.C.R.A.P. Exchange vendor, at 25.74, 38.13 in Undermine to exchange it for a S.C.R.A.P. Scrubber Deluxe container. Avoid opening the container when your Valorstones are nearly capped, as you may receive nothing if the container rolls Valorstones as its reward.
Open Scrubber for Helm, Chest, Bracers, Boots
The helm, chest, bracers, and boots of the Laundered Attire set can drop from the S.C.R.A.P. Scrubber Deluxe. The container can also award gold, Valorstones, Resonance Crystals, or nothing at all, and duplicates are possible. Out of 168 containers opened, only 13 unique set pieces were obtained from this source.
Complete Shipping and Handling Event
The shoulders, cloak, gloves, belt, and legs of the Laundered Attire set drop from the Shipping and Handling event after completing the ninth job in a series. The drop rate is low and duplicates are possible.
Tips
The S.C.R.A.P. Scrubber Deluxe yielded roughly 19 duplicate pieces out of 32 total transmog drops across 168 containers, meaning duplicate protection is not in place — factor this into your farming expectations.
If the S.C.R.A.P. Scrubber Deluxe appears to award nothing at all, collect the
Sifted Pile of Scrap instead, as the container may be temporarily bugged.
