Blackhand's Battlegear is a transmog set obtained from the Mythic Cache quest reward in Blackrock Foundry.
Complete Heroic BRF or Mythic Highmaul
Earn 21 or more Heroic Blackrock Foundry kills (with at least one kill after patch 6.1 launch), or 8 or more Mythic Highmaul kills, to qualify for the Mythic Cache quest.
Open the Mythic Cache
Once you meet the requirement, you will receive the Mythic Cache quest and can open the box to receive transmog pieces from Blackhand's Battlegear set.
Tips
Heroic Blackrock Foundry kills must come from different bosses each week; killing the same boss multiple times in one week counts only once toward your total.
