Drakkari Stalker's Trappings is a leather transmog set possibly obtainable from the Garrison's level 2 War Mill building.
Upgrade War Mill to level 2
Build or upgrade the War Mill in your Garrison to level 2, which allows the collection of armor scraps for armor transmogrification use.
Collect armor scraps
Use the level 2 War Mill to collect armor scraps and check for Drakkari Stalker's Trappings rewards.
