Tips
The Wastewalker Shoulderpads do not appear in the Adventure Guide because they drop from Avatar of the Martyred, not Exarch Maladaar directly — Avatar of the Martyred only spawns when Exarch Maladaar reaches approximately 20-25% health, so do not skip the fight early.
