Satchel of Battlefield Spoils, rewarded by turning in the To Battle! quest at your Class Hall.
Turn In To Battle!
Go to your Class Hall and turn in the 
Battle Report quest chain, specifically the To Battle! step. Ignore any quest log map that points elsewhere — the turn-in is at your Class Hall.
Open Your Satchel
After turning in To Battle!, open the Satchel of Battlefield Spoils you receive as a reward. The satchel can contain gear, relics, or other items, though contents vary and the Vindictive Gladiator's Satin Armor is not a guaranteed drop.
