Gladiator's Plate Armor is an Arena Season 1 plate transmog set obtainable from vendors in Netherstorm and Isle of Quel'Danas, or as alternative drops from specific raid bosses.
Purchase from Kezzik the Striker
Visit Kezzik the Striker in Netherstorm inside the building closest to the Area 52 flight point. Purchase 
Gladiator's Plate Chestpiece for 1000, 
Gladiator's Plate Gauntlets for 750, and 
Gladiator's Plate Legguards for 1000.
Obtain remaining pieces
Collect 
Gladiator's Plate Shoulders and 
Gladiator's Plate Helm from Karynna in Isle of Quel'Danas using appropriate tokens.
Alternative raid drops
Enter Magtheridon's Lair and defeat Magtheridon for 
Chestguard of the Fallen Defender, Karazhan and defeat The Curator for 
Gloves of the Fallen Defender, or Gruul's Lair and defeat Gruul the Dragonkiller for {
Leggings of the Fallen Defender as alternative chest, glove, and leg pieces.
