Dalaran Defender's Mail Armor is obtained as a weekly drop from defeating bosses in the Remembrancers event.
Defeat event bosses weekly
Defeat the Remembered bosses in the event. The 
Token of the Remembrancers drops once per week per character, not per boss, so you will receive it from your first boss kill of the week.
Open the loot chest
Wait for the zone to fully load before opening the chest containing your reward to ensure you receive the gear properly.
