Dalaran Defender's Plate Armor is obtained as a once-per-week drop from boss encounters in the Remembrancers event.
Defeat event bosses weekly
Defeat Remembered Firelord or Remembered Onyxia during the Remembrancers event. You will receive 
Token of the Remembrancers as a loot drop, which is soulbound to your character.
Open the chest
Wait for the zone to finish loading completely before opening any loot chests, as opening while the zone is still lagging will prevent you from receiving gear and make you miss the chest for the remainder of the week.
Tips
This item drops once per week per character, not per boss—killing multiple bosses in a single week will only grant one token.
