Enter Blackwing Lair
Travel to Blackrock Mountain and ascend Blackrock Spire to reach Blackwing Lair, the level 60 raid where all pieces of Vestments of Transcendence are looted.
Defeat bosses for set pieces
Defeat the following bosses to obtain pieces: Razorgore the Untamed drops 
Bindings of Transcendence (23% drop chance), Vaelastrasz the Corrupt drops 
Belt of Transcendence (24%), Broodlord Lashlayer drops 
Boots of Transcendence (24%), Flamegor, Ebonroc, or Firemaw drop 
Handguards of Transcendence (9% each), Chromaggus drops 
Pauldrons of Transcendence (23%), and Nefarian drops 
Halo of Transcendence (11%) and 
Robes of Transcendence (23%).
Collect additional pieces
Defeat Ragnaros to obtain 
Leggings of Transcendence (21% drop chance) to complete the set.
