Gather tailoring materials
Collect 5 Primordial Saronite and 10 Moonshroud. The Moonshroud requires 100 Frostweave Cloth, 20 Infinite Dust, and 200 Crystallized Life. Primordial Saronite must be farmed, purchased from the Auction House, or obtained through trades with other players.
Craft the boots
Visit a tailor and craft the Sandals of Consecration using the gathered materials.
