Progress through the level 5 and 6 quests in the Pandaria starting zone as a cloth wearer to obtain the six pieces: 
Robes of the Water Spirit, 
Homespun Leggings, 
Sun Pearl Gloves, 
Playful Wristbands, 
Unmarred Cord, and 
Silk Shoes.
Tips
Only cloth wearers receive this set; other armor types do not have the option to choose cloth rewards from these quests.
