Complete Pandaria starting quests
Level a leather wearer through the Pandaria starting zone and complete the level 5-6 quests to obtain all six pieces: 
Bindings of the Earth Spirit, 
Sun Pearl Vest, 
Gloves of Splashing Water, 
Soft Britches, 
Unmarred Waistband, and 
Summer Shoes.
Tips
Only leather wearers can obtain this set; cloth, mail, and plate wearers do not receive these items from the starting zone quests.
