Complete weekly emissary quest
Complete the weekly event quest marked as Heroic difficulty to earn a 
Cache of Nightborne Treasures, which has a minimum item level of 885.
Open cache for transmog
Open your Cache of Nightborne Treasures to receive transmog pieces including Vestments of the Purifier.
Tips
Cache quality is determined when the mission is obtained, not when completed, so higher difficulty completions yield better gear quality.
