Glacial Cloak is a transmog cloak obtainable from Scholomance and Uldaman dungeons.
Run Scholomance for the cloak
Enter Scholomance and defeat mobs throughout the dungeon. The cloak drops from standard mob encounters and becomes Bind on Pickup when you roll Need on it in a group.
Alternative: Farm Uldaman chests
Use the side entrance to Uldaman and open the chests within the dungeon, then defeat the final boss. This method averages roughly 2 drops per 20 runs.
Tips
Scholomance has been confirmed to drop this cloak as of March 2022, though drop rates vary significantly between runs.
If using Uldaman, a Rogue can pick locked chests without keys and benefits from movement speed advantages for faster runs.
