Open Secured Shipment chest
Complete a 3-key Fyrakk Assault dungeon and loot the Secured Shipment chest for Cache of Embers.
Complete Time Rift in Thaldrasus
Finish the Time Rift event in Thaldrasus and complete Soridormi's When Time Mending to receive 
Contained Paracausality, which contains Cache of Embers.
Loot Cache of Embers
Open Cache of Embers to obtain transmog pieces from the Suffused Attire set, which contains epic gear up to item level 489.
