Farm rares in The Forbidden Reach

Hunt rares throughout The Forbidden Reach for a chance to obtain Primalist Plate Helm. This item has a very low drop rate, with some players reporting no drops after over 100 rare kills.

Upgrade to item level 385

Once you obtain Primalist Plate Helm, it creates Helm of Raging Tempests at upgrade level 2/3 (item level 385).

Upgrade to item level 395 (optional)

Upgrade Helm of Raging Tempests to 3/3 (item level 395) using Untapped Forbidden Knowledge, which drops from rares in The Forbidden Reach.

Tips

  • Primalist Plate Helm has an extremely low drop rate; farming all other pieces of the plate set first may be more efficient for transmog completion.
