Travel to Oribos and locate the NPC vendor Zo'sorg to purchase the Season 3 and Season 4 ensemble.
Purchase both ensembles
Buy the Season 3 ensemble and Season 4 ensemble from Zo'sorg. You must be on a level 60+ Rogue character for this transmog to count toward your collection.
Tips
This transmog set is only obtainable on Rogue characters; purchasing it on other classes will not add it to your transmog collection even if you meet PvP rating requirements.
