Start the weekend quest
Pick up the quest from Chronicler Shoopa in Dazar'alor, Chronicler Toopa in Boralus, or from the Adventure Journal (Shift+J by default).
Set loot specialization
Before turning in the quest, select your loot specialization to ensure the reward is appropriate for your class and role.
Complete and turn in
Complete the quest and return to the same NPC to receive Normal Uldir loot, which may be Warforged, Titanforged, or have tertiary stats or a socket.
