Eternal Curator's Protectorate is a transmog item reward from weekend bonus event quests that grants Normal Uldir loot (item level 355+) appropriate for your class and loot specialization.
Reach character level 120
The quest can only be picked up at level 120, so you must complete your leveling before obtaining it.
Pick up the bonus event quest
Start the quest from Chronicler Shoopa in Dazar'alor, Chronicler Toopa in Boralus, or from within the Adventure Journal (Shift+J by default).
Set your loot specialization
Before handing in the quest, select your desired loot specialization to ensure the reward matches your intended class and spec.
Complete and turn in the quest
Finish the quest objectives and return to your quest giver to receive Normal Uldir loot (item level 355+), which may be Warforged, Titanforged, include tertiary stats, or have a socket.
