Accept the weekend bonus event quest
Start the quest from Chronicler Shoopa in Dazar'alor, Chronicler Toopa in Boralus, or from the Adventure Journal (Shift+J).
Set your loot specialization
Before turning in the quest, select your loot specialization so the reward is appropriate for your desired role.
Complete and turn in the quest
Finish the quest objective and hand it in to receive your item level 355+ reward.
