Eternal Curator's Vestment is a transmog piece rewarded from weekend bonus event quests that grant Normal Uldir loot (item level 355+) appropriate for your class and loot specialization.
Reach level 120
You must be level 120 to pick up the weekend bonus event quest.
Start the quest
Pick up the weekend bonus event quest from Chronicler Shoopa in Dazar'alor, Chronicler Toopa in Boralus, or from the Adventure Journal (Shift+J by default).
Set loot specialization
Before turning in the quest, select your loot specialization in your character menu to ensure you receive gear appropriate for your class and role.
Complete and turn in
Complete the quest and return to the same NPC to turn it in and receive your Normal Uldir loot.
